How To Use
Sharpen pencil and apply to waterline and upper lash line. Use the Fine Angled Brow Brush to blend the upper lash line to create a soft, smoky liner or leave untouched for a precise defined finish. Can also be used on top of the entire lid to add depth to a dramatic smokey eye.
