Booking & Cancellation Policies

Bookings Policy

1. New clients will be required to pay a none refundable £10 booking deposit towards your first visit.
2. All treatments that are over 3 hours, will require a deposit of 50% of the overall cost of the booking. This will need to be paid within 48 hours of the booking being placed.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice period is required to cancel, re-schedule or update an appointment.
Failing to provide 24 hours notice, arriving overly late for your appointment or not attending an appointment without providing any notification will result in a cancellation fee.
The amount of this fee will be a 100% charge of the overall service cost that has been booked.

 

Patch Testing

It is a legal requirement for a patch test to be conducted a minimum of 24 hours prior to any services that use activators or adhesives. Treatments requiring patch testing include, but are not limited to; Tinting, HD Brows, LVL, Party Lashes, Semi-Permanent Lashes and Microblading.

Failure in completing any patch tests will result in the service being unable to be undertaken.

Pregnancy

There are a range of services we are unable to provide if you are pregnant. These include, but are not limited to; Tinting, HD Brows, LVL, Microblading and Aromatherapy Massage. In the event you are unsure of the suitability of any of our treatments, gladly contact us to discuss.

Under 16’s

There are a range of services we are unable to provide if you are under the age of 16. These include, but are not limited to; Advanced Intimate Waxing, Tinting, HD Brows, Lash Extensions, LVL, Microblading and Artificial Nail Extensions.

For any other treatment, parental consent and attendance at the treatment is required.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for up to 3 months.
